Meditation.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field. I’ll meet you there.

Rumi

Meditation enhances my craniosacral biodynamics practice, and practicing craniosacral biodynamics influences my experience in meditation.

The overlap between these practices is so great that I now consider the way I meditate Biodynamic Meditation.

Biodynamic Meditation is an awareness practice that develops around experiencing and appreciating the life force moving in and through and around your own body, increasing your coherence and well-being.

In these meditation sessions, students learn experientially about interoception (the felt sense), focus, the nature of the mind, and flexing awareness. After some experience, students may experience deeper states, such as coherence, surrender, oneness, bliss.

I myself have found the experience to be centering, grounding, and revitalizing. It has increased my perception of being whole and has brought a deeper appreciation of my innate health and healing processes as well as being part of the unified field of existence.

This is possible for you, too.

I want to offer a series of classes on Zoom to a small group of people.
